My old mucker Niall Ferguson is at it again (Here). Apparently all we need to sort out the financial sector is to have some good chaps at the Bank of England. You know the type, probably were at Magdalen College Oxford with Niall, you see it's all just a question of reputation old boy. Bring back Walter Bagehot.....problem sorted.
