OK its not Bob its my son

I met Buddy Holly in a dream I had. I had worn black glasses throughout my teens then switched to John Lennon granny specs in the 70's. Now I wear slim gold rimmed square frames. At one stage I wore contacts and remember laughing out loud when I saw my face in focus with no specs. Buddy died 50 years ago. I can't remember if it was Buddy or Michael Caine who made black glasses fashionable, and I dont know what the painting here has got to do with anything, perhaps you can establish a link and let me know
